Meal No. 878: Standing Rib Roast

Ah, it's the holiday season, and good meats are on sale and I'm in the right mood and it's a time to have people over and this was a fine meal.

Looks a bit like the State of North Carolina!

Ooops! A tad overcooked, darn it.

But tasty as heck.
