Meal No. 870: Ginger Beef & Bok Choy Stir-Fry with Sushi Rice

Hey, here's a new recipe that I took for a test spin last night:


And it's a keeper. Delicious, filling, a bit spicy, full of good flavor, and extra interesting because of the rice vinegar sushi rice on which it sat.
