Meal No. 848: Chicken Cutlets in Lemon-Garlic Sauce


This is sort of an invented dish, a rarity for me, but it's largely based on a recipe clipped from Cuisine at Home. These sautéed chicken breast cutlets are kept light and bright with a good lemon-garlic-butter sauce. It all went quite well with mashed potatoes and broccoli florets.
