Meal No. 749: Indoor Pulled Pork Barbecue
You might be able to tell that Boston Butt pork shoulders have been on a pretty good sale of late. I'm actually going to have to throw out one (I don't like freezing and thawing large cuts of meat) because I was a little over-enthusiastic about them, without taking into account my travel calendar.
