This might be my best-looking batch in quite a while, although I can't claim they taste any better than all the other batches (this is one delicious cookie, my friends). Using the simple recipe on the package, and perhaps a generous supply of love, these white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were a great treat this past Sunday. It made me very happy to offer them straight out of the oven to Jen Martin and Jen Watson when they stopped by: we put away just a few of 'em.
The rest went on the road with me to Shenandoah County, where they were not long for this earth.
