Smithfield's Saved Me from Cooking Supper
What a long week. Not only was I on the road from Monday through Saturday evening, but I know how hard it's going to be to turn around and hit the road for a nearly six-hour drive up to West Virginia tomorrow. So when I realized I would be coming home via I-85 from Hopewell VA, which takes me past Exit 153 and a Smithfield's Barbecue and Chicken restaurant, I took the rare step of not fixing dinner at home. It was a good call.
