Meal No. 563: Shrimp Po'Boys & Broccoli Salad

This past Sunday night, I was ready to break out the good Bon Appétit recipe for shrimp po'boys and remoulade. I also jumped on a fine new recipe for broccoli salad that was exceptionally good. Add to that some fresh tomato slices with Hawaiian red sea salt and the buttered toasted buns (which just do not stand up nearly as well as the true New Orleans po'boy rolls)...








...and a new freezer of chocolate frostie ice cream. We stuffed ourselves silly on this weekender meal.
