Meal No. 526: Filipino Chicken Adobo

Wow, what a tasty dish that's making (I think) its third appearance on a RoHo dinner menu. I have no complaints about this Filipino chicken adobo because it really fits the bill and makes a great meal...with the exception that it causes me to overeat. I was one miserable rascal after downing it, but I could not stop until the plate was clean.


It didn't help that I got a hankering to put some mini-cheddar-chive biscuits on the table as well, and while they still don't look like much, they taste like a lot.
