Meal No. 416: Seared Tuna with Sauce à la Moutarde

After three days of pork, it was time to switch up to another featured player in the dinner game. This evening, that meant reaching for my underutilized Julia Child cookbook and stumbling again across her mustard sauce recipe.

It's the same one I tried out almost exactly a year ago, for Meal No. 208. It's a nice, silky sauce that pairs terrifically with a slab of seared tuna and that also flavors up the mashed potatoes when added to them as well. Of course, with that much butter in it, and an egg yolk, it'd better be silky.
