Meal No. 253: Kung Pao Chicken

The meals that I make in the wok, using the recipes from Hugh Carpenter and Teri Sandison's Wok Fast cookbook, are always really, really delicious. This past Sunday night was no exception.



This is a kung pao-inspired chicken stir-fry over rice, with a bit too much extra kick to it, but that made the cold beer all the more refreshing.
