It involved the purchase of a special pan at Bed Bath & Beyond, and specialty bread at Ollie's Bakery just down Brookstown Avenue, and fresh homegrown tomatoes from Ronnie's Country Store on Cherry Street...but this evening's simple fare was a panini grilled cheese sandwich with sliced fresh tomato on the side.Cheeses on Challah bread: Vermont white cheddar, muenster, gruyere, and feta.
Fresh ground sea salt on the tomato slices.
Xingu black beer from Brazil as an accompaniment.
