You know, if you're a small business (I don't know: maybe like Barnette Heating & A/C, Inc, in Mocksville, NC), and you're going to take on the challenge of putting in a completely new system in a 4000-square-foot house, and the first time it gets hot, half the system quits working...would you send the homeowner a bill for coming out to repair it?
I hope the $65 makes the bad press worth it.
